We require a credit card/debit card to book an appointment. We do not take a deposit but we do require you agree to our policies.
Starting from the time the appointment is scheduled the client has a 10-minute window to arrive for their appointment before the appointment is canceled. Same day cancellation will result in client being CHARGED for the FULL SERVICE. You will receive a message notifying them their appointment has been canceled and will be given the option to reschedule.
All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be completed 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled on the day of will be CHARGED for the FULL SERVICE booked.
This applies to appointments scheduled three weeks prior to any major US holiday. All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be completed 48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled on the day of will be CHARGED for the FULL SERVICE booked.
No call no shows will be required to pay for the FULL SERVICE booked in order to book a new appointment, after 2 no call no shows, client will no longer be a client.
We have kids and we love kids but there are no kids allowed, of any age, in the salon. Appointments will be cancelled and/or you will incur fees starting at $25.
We accept most all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay Venmo, Cashapp and Cash. We do not accept checks or trade.
