Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling may be charged the full service fee.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
No-call / no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service booked. This balance must be paid before booking a new appointment. After two no-call / no-shows, the client will no longer be able to book services with Nail Addictionz.
Tardy Policy
We offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and charged the full service fee. You will receive a message notifying you if your appointment has been canceled, along with the option to reschedule.
Child-Free Appointment Policy
While we love children, Nail Addictionz is an adult-focused studio. No children of any age are permitted in the salon during appointments. Appointments may be canceled and/or a fee starting at $45 may apply if this policy is not followed.
420-Friendly Option
Nail Addictionz is a 420-friendly studio for adult clients. This option is available by donation and must be scheduled accordingly in advance. Please note, we are not a smokehouse, dispensary, or lounge. This experience is offered as part of our adult-friendly studio environment and must be respected as such.
Right to Refuse Service
Nail Addictionz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any service at our discretion.
